Red Star are looking for talented CHARACTER MODELLERS to work remotely on our production of THE AMAZING MAURICE 2. Candidates will ideally be based in the UK; or in the EU.

The job:

• Organic modelling of stylised 3D human and animal characters from concept art
• Producing efficient UV layouts for all models
• Quality control on publishing of character assets

Must have:

• Good understanding of anatomy and facial and figure topology
• Experience using sculpting software, e.g. Zbrush
• Two years production experience (minimum)
• Experience with Maya

Nice to have:

• Rigging experience which lends itself to understanding character deformation
• Experience generating shapes for facial expressions
• Feature film experience

Details:

• Experience level: MID / SENIOR
• Contract term: October 25 - April 26
• Salary: negotiable.
